Introducing Walter White
Walter White is a cross-pollination of Brewing and Distilling. The bones of Walter is an Imperial White Ale of Belgian heritage. We then infused this 7.4% ABV ale with aromatics and spices – discarded fresh from the Still at Four Pillars’ Yarra Valley distillery.
The result is a highly aromatic pale beer – with complex spices and citrus rind in the nose. Medium to light bodied, Walter is packed with esters but keeps its alcoholic strength well hidden. Walter will feature at GABS 2016.
